1. Service description

We sell travel eSIM data plans. You are purchasing redemption rights for mobile data service in a specific country/region, with a specific data allowance and validity period, delivered as a QR code.

Actual mobile network service is provided by local carriers. Coverage, speed and stability depend on the plan description and local network conditions.

2. Ordering and payment

You must provide a valid email address to receive your eSIM QR code. Please double-check it — we cannot resend to a corrected address automatically, but you can always retrieve your QR code with your order number on our order lookup page.

All prices are in USD. Once payment succeeds, our system automatically orders and provisions your eSIM from our supplier.

Promo codes only apply to their designated plans and are validated at checkout; invalid codes grant no discount.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, your eSIM QR code and manual activation code are emailed to you, usually within 1 minute. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

You can also revisit your QR code anytime via the "Track order" page with your order number.

4. Device compatibility (important)

Before purchasing, please confirm your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. The compatible-device lists on our plan pages are for reference only.

You are responsible for verifying compatibility; however, if you contact us before the eSIM has been installed and activated, we will handle it under our refund policy.

5. Validity and activation

eSIMs are valid for 180 days from issuance; the plan validity starts on first connection to the local network (see plan details).

We recommend installing the eSIM over Wi-Fi before departure and enabling data roaming on arrival. Installation itself does not consume plan days.

The same QR code can reinstall the eSIM on the same device if deleted, but eSIMs cannot be transferred to another device.

6. Fair use

Daily plans are throttled after the daily allowance; total-data plans stop when the allowance is used up. See plan descriptions for details.

Using our eSIMs for illegal purposes, bulk resale, or network abuse is prohibited; we may suspend service without refund in such cases.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by local carriers, maintenance, natural disasters, or force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. QuickSimGo is operated by Barney Ventures LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
