Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Digital goods work differently from physical ones — provisioning an eSIM incurs real carrier cost. Our refund rules below are designed to be clear and predictable:
1. Not yet issued: full refund
If payment succeeded but the eSIM could not be provisioned (e.g. a provisioning failure), our system refunds you automatically in full — no request needed.
2. Issued but not installed/activated: refund on request
If the eSIM was delivered but you have not installed it (e.g. wrong country, incompatible phone and never installed), contact support within 7 days of issuance and we will review your refund.
Refunds cover the amount actually paid; promo-code discounts are not refunded in cash (you never paid them).
3. Installed or activated: no refund
Once an eSIM is installed or connects to the local network, carrier resources are consumed and cannot be recovered, so no refund is available.
No refunds for used-up data, expired validity, or unused plans due to changed travel plans. Please confirm your itinerary and data needs before purchasing.
4. Method and timing
Refunds always go back to the original payment method. Credit-card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to post (depends on your issuer).
Automatic refunds (provisioning failure) execute immediately; manually reviewed refunds receive a decision within 3 business days.
5. Exceptions
If the eSIM itself is defective (e.g. QR code cannot be installed and it is not a device issue), send us a screenshot of the error and we will reissue or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of refund-policy abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund patterns).
