Contact data: the email address you provide at checkout, used to deliver your eSIM QR code and order notifications.

Order data: purchased plan, amount, payment status, and eSIM provisioning details (e.g. ICCID), used for fulfillment, support, and reconciliation.

Technical data: basic info such as browser type and language preference (zh/en toggle) to keep the site working. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

To deliver your eSIM, process refunds, answer support inquiries, and keep records required by law (e.g. transaction records).

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Who we share it with

To fulfill your order, necessary order information goes to our eSIM supplier (only technical data needed to provision the eSIM — your email is not used for marketing).

Our payment processor and email delivery provider only access your data as needed to provide their services.

4. Data retention

Order and transaction records are kept per legal and accounting requirements. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data anytime by contacting us; we will act within a reasonable time.

The QR-code lookup feature needs the order mapping, so historical QR codes can no longer be retrieved after personal data is deleted.

5. Security

We transmit data over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and store it with access-controlled cloud services. No online transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
