FAQ

What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a virtual SIM built into your phone. Scan a QR code to install a mobile plan — no physical card swapping.
Does my phone support eSIM?
iPhone XR/XS and newer, Pixel 4 and newer, and most Samsung flagships do. Make sure your phone is carrier-unlocked and eSIM-capable.
When does the validity start?
It starts when you connect to a local network at your destination. Install at home on Wi-Fi beforehand — it won't consume plan days.
Does it work in China?
Yes via roaming. Note that China-model phones usually cannot scan foreign eSIMs — use a non-China-model device.
Can I share a hotspot?
Yes, personal hotspot sharing is supported on all our plans.
What if I run out of data?
Top up from our store on the same eSIM, or simply buy a new plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, before the eSIM is installed and activated. Once activated, refunds are not available.
Is there a phone number? Can I receive SMS?
Our plans are data-only with no phone number, so no calls or SMS. Keep your physical SIM active for calls with dual-SIM standby.
What does a daily unlimited plan mean? Can I still use it after throttling?
Each day you get the plan's high-speed allowance first (e.g. 2 GB per day). Once it runs out, you stay connected at no extra charge, but speed drops to the rate shown in small print on that plan card (e.g. 1 Mbps) until the next day resets the allowance. Messaging, maps, and text web pages still work fine at reduced speed, but HD video will struggle. The throttled speed varies by plan, so check the small print on the card before buying.
